Junior Consultant – Advisory Services

About the role

ADWISE Consulting is seeking a curious and analytical Junior Consultant to join its Advisory Services team. You will work on a variety of local and international projects that sit at the intersection of sustainability, business, finance, and economic development, helping clients achieve environmentally and economically sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support consulting assignments from research and analysis through implementation and reporting.
• Research and analyse business, economic, financial and sustainability issues, turning findings into clear insights and practical recommendations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, proposals and other client deliverables.
• Participate in client meetings, stakeholder consultations, workshops and other project activities.
• Assist with project coordination and communication with clients, partners and experts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, business or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, research and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Armenian; Russian is a plus.
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
