Junior Link Building & SEO Specialist

About the role

Deluxe Holiday Homes is looking for a Junior Link Building & SEO Specialist to manage end‑to‑end link placements for its portfolio of short‑term rental websites. Working under the Head of Search, you will research opportunities, negotiate with publishers, and ensure high‑quality backlinks are live and indexed.

Key responsibilities

• Research and qualify link opportunities, ensuring sites have real traffic, relevant topics and meet a DR 40+ quality bar.
• Conduct outreach, pitch placements in personalized English, negotiate prices and maintain multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Order AI‑generated articles, place anchors, verify that links are live, do‑follow and indexed, and perform 90‑day checks to replace dead links.
• Maintain the Marketing OS pipeline, record costs, monitor link performance, and report weekly results.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on link‑building experience with demonstrable live links.
• Solid understanding of how backlinks, on‑page and technical SEO work together.
• Strong written English for personalized outreach and negotiation.
• Based in Armenia and able to work two days per week from the Yerevan office.

Required skills

• Link building and backlink acquisition.
• Use of SEO research and backlink tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Majestic).
• Daily use of AI tools for content generation.
• Familiarity with a Marketing OS pipeline for tracking.
