Lead Graphic Designer

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Lead Graphic Designer to elevate the visual quality of its global social entertainment products. You will guide a distributed design team, champion AI‑enhanced workflows, and ensure that every creative asset meets high‑impact performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the graphic design team, overseeing creative quality across all deliverables.
• Review, approve, and provide feedback on internal and freelance design work before release.
• Hands‑on execution of complex or high‑priority design tasks.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve AI‑powered production pipelines to boost speed and scalability.
• Drive adoption of AI tools within the team and maintain consistent brand standards.
• Collaborate with producers, marketers, and stakeholders to align on creative priorities.
• Produce high‑volume performance creatives for paid acquisition, including landing pages, emails, social media assets, banners, and brand visuals.
• Establish scalable templates, modular asset frameworks, and automation processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of graphic and web design experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Proven hands‑on experience integrating AI tools into design workflows with measurable efficiency gains.
• Track record of building or improving scalable production systems and reducing cycle time or cost.
• Background in fast‑paced environments such as startups, scale‑ups, high‑volume agencies, or performance‑driven in‑house teams.
• Experience in performance marketing or user‑acquisition contexts, understanding how creatives impact campaign results.
