Lead Site Reliability Engineer – Imunify Reliability Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability of the Imunify360 security platform. You will define, implement and enforce service level indicators (SLIs) and objectives (SLOs) across a large, distributed fleet of Linux agents and cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Define what “working” means for ~70 components and drive SLI definition with squad leads.
• Build a taxonomy of service, fleet, control‑efficacy, delivery and pipeline SLIs.
• Enforce the rule that every SLI must be measurable from outside the component.
• Attach SLOs, error budgets and owning squads to each SLI and establish tiered targets.
• Design and implement the collection system and pipelines that gather telemetry, heartbeat, version and configuration data.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to embed SLO/SLA practices and paging culture.
• Continuously improve monitoring, dashboards and alerting to detect failures within hours.

Required profile

• Proven senior SRE experience in large‑scale, distributed systems.
• Strong ability to define and operationalize SLIs/SLOs and error budgets.
• Experience working with cross‑functional squads and driving reliability culture.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a data‑driven mindset.
