Marketing Specialist

About the role

Pascal Gaming is looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to design, implement and optimise B2B marketing funnels. You will work closely with sales and commercial partners to generate qualified leads and boost conversion rates across the iGaming sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage lead‑generation funnels that consistently deliver qualified B2B prospects.
• Align marketing initiatives with sales targets to improve MQL‑to‑SQL conversion.
• Plan and execute relationship‑driven activities such as exclusive events, business trips, hospitality programmes and regional exhibitions.
• Run digital campaigns on platforms including Zoho, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other essential tools.
• Create engaging content, monitor industry trends and analyse campaign metrics to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with sales teams to build strong relationships with key commercial partners.
• Coordinate PR activities and manage postings on industry review sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing or sales management, preferably in IT, Fintech or the gaming industry.
• Proven ability to think strategically, solve complex sales problems and adapt to fast‑paced industry changes.
• Fluent English for international partner communication and global campaign management.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho.
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong data‑analysis capabilities for measuring campaign performance.
• Experience with B2B marketing tools and lead‑generation techniques.
