About the role

VIP Company is seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to lead the digital presence and social media strategy for its portfolio of brands, including VIP Travel, Group Tour, VIP Driving and Autolot. The role involves shaping brand communication across social platforms and ensuring content aligns with each brand’s target audience and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and content strategies for each brand.
• Create monthly content calendars defining themes, messages and formats.
• Conceptualize topics for posts, Stories, Reels and videos, and produce creative briefs.
• Generate ideas and scripts for photo‑ and video‑shoots, coordinating the production process.
• Provide clear technical tasks to designers, videographers and other content creators.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional experience in marketing.
• Strong understanding of the specific characteristics, target audiences and business objectives of multiple brands.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and plan work efficiently.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Instagram.
• In‑depth knowledge of Facebook.
• In‑depth knowledge of TikTok.
