About the role

Fast Bank is looking for a Project Manager to lead and execute digitisation initiatives across the organisation. The role combines analytical thinking with technical expertise to transform business processes, improve efficiency and support the bank’s digital strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and implement digitisation projects from conception to delivery.
• Contribute to the development of internal process optimisation and automation strategies.
• Collaborate with business units to capture digitisation requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Identify, assess and manage risks associated with digital projects.
• Analyse existing banking processes and propose optimisation measures.
• Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for digitised processes.
• Participate in the creation of digital solutions for customer service.
• Generate innovative ideas for digitising transactions, services and business workflows.
• Monitor market trends in digital technologies and tools and present relevant recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional experience in digitisation, automation, project management or related fields.
• Familiarity with business analysis techniques.
• Understanding of digitisation and automation tools and technologies.
• Experience applying Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or other project‑management methodologies.
• Ability to manage process and project risks.
• Capability to study and interpret technical documentation.
• Higher education in IT, finance‑banking, business management or a related discipline.
