National Staff Positions – EU Mission in Armenia (19 openings)

About the role

The European Union Partnership Mission in Armenia (EUPM) is recruiting nineteen national staff members to support its mandate of strengthening Armenia’s democratic resilience, crisis management and security sector capacity. Positions are full‑time (40 hours/week) and based in Yerevan.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance, operational advice and capacity‑building assistance to relevant security‑sector institutions.
• Support executive coordination, political affairs, communications and project management activities.
• Perform interpretation, administration, finance, logistics, procurement, information‑systems, security, transportation and human‑resources tasks as required.
• Contribute to the implementation of the Mission’s programmes in line with a whole‑of‑government approach.

Required profile

• Medically fit and authorised to work in Armenia under local law.
• Proficiency in English and Armenian (both oral and written); Russian when applicable.
• Education level and years of relevant professional experience as specified in each individual job description.
• Any additional qualifications or requirements stated in the specific vacancy notice.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and Armenian.
• Basic knowledge of Russian (when required).
