National Staff Positions – EU Mission in Armenia

About the role

The European Union Partnership Mission in Armenia (EUPM) is recruiting nineteen national staff members to support its mandate of strengthening Armenia’s resilience against foreign information manipulation, cyber‑threats, and illicit financial flows. Positions are based in Yerevan and cover a wide range of functions, from executive coordination to finance, logistics, information systems, and human resources.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and operational advice to Armenian security sector institutions.
• Assist in project management, procurement, and logistical support for mission activities.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with international partners and local stakeholders.
• Support finance, administration, and human‑resource processes in line with EU standards.
• Contribute to information‑system maintenance, security, and transportation logistics.

Required profile

• Medically fit and eligible for local employment under Armenian law.
• Proficiency in English and Armenian (both written and spoken); Russian is an advantage where applicable.
• Relevant level of education and professional experience as specified in each detailed job description.
• Commitment to the mission’s objectives and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
