About the role

The Order Processing Specialist ensures smooth placement and tracking of orders with manufacturers, coordinating production and delivery timelines. This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate order data, handling disputes, and supporting the financial flow related to supplier transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Place orders with manufacturers and monitor them through all production and delivery stages.
• Coordinate with manufacturers to accelerate shipments and align schedules.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of orders and their current statuses.
• Manage complaints and resolve disputes with manufacturers.
• Register and control payments to manufacturers.
• Prepare regular reports for manufacturers.
