Product Manager, Core Products & Platform

About the role

Fundraise Up is seeking a Product Manager to own a critical domain within its Core Products & Platform team. You will drive strategy, roadmap, and execution for features that directly affect donation volume, platform reliability, and nonprofit success.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for the assigned domain.
• Write detailed specifications and collaborate with engineering to deliver high‑impact features.
• Partner with design, analytics, GTM, and customer success to translate complex problems into scalable solutions.
• Measure outcomes, run experiments, and iterate based on data.
• Ensure platform reliability and seamless integration with nonprofit ecosystems.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end product lifecycles in a SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1) and ability to work with a Russian‑speaking team.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, remote, distributed team.

Required skills

• Product management methodologies (roadmapping, spec writing, experimentation).
• Understanding of payment flows, integrations, and platform scalability.
• Collaboration tools and agile development practices.
