Product Manager, In-Person Giving

About the role

Fundraise Up is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Events & Commerce segment of its In‑Person Giving product line. This hands‑on role will guide the product from discovery through launch and continuous improvement, turning a broad category into a focused, customer‑centric solution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision for Events & Commerce, aligning with overall In‑Person Giving strategy.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and commercial validation to shape product direction.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features such as ticket sales, check‑in, merchandise purchases, auctions, and on‑site donations.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing campaigns, donor records, reporting, CRM systems, and operational controls.
• Work closely with the broader In‑Person Giving PM to maintain product consistency and shared infrastructure.
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve conversion rates and user experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing software products, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or fundraising domains.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data and customer insights into product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Russian is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a distributed, remote‑first environment.
