Project Delivery Manager – Facade

About the role

We are seeking a Project Delivery Manager to lead large‑scale unitised façade projects in Yerevan. The role oversees the full lifecycle from engineering design through manufacturing, logistics, installation and handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct multidisciplinary teams including engineering, BIM, production, procurement, logistics and site operations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects and contractors to align technical and commercial objectives.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risk registers and safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise quality control, installation methodology and performance monitoring of façade systems.
• Report progress and financial performance to senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience delivering unitised curtain‑wall or modular façade projects, with a cumulative portfolio of 150 000 m² or more.
• Fluent English; Russian language skills are a plus.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
