Project Delivery Manager

About the role

Stamina is a provider of CRM, telephony and outbound infrastructure solutions for B2B clients across several regions. The Project Delivery Manager will own the delivery of the company’s project portfolio, turning signed contracts into well‑scoped, sequenced and governed projects and ensuring they reach go‑live on time, within scope and at the expected quality.

Key responsibilities

• Break down sold projects into workstreams, estimate effort and build detailed plans with milestones, dependencies and definitions of done.
• Track progress across the portfolio, manage change requests, and act as the escalation point for at‑risk projects.
• Coordinate specialist resources, define capacity per project, supervise performance and provide corrective feedback.
• Serve as the main delivery contact for clients, conduct kick‑offs, status reporting, UAT coordination and go‑live handovers.
• Maintain project templates, handle vendor tickets (e.g., Pipedrive, CloudTalk, Respond.io) and review post‑go‑live performance.
• Oversee the outbound engine GTM process, manage the GTM calendar and monitor sending infrastructure.
