Project Manager

About the role

The company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full coordination of its construction projects, manage professional teams, and ensure efficient office processes and resource allocation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project blocks, ensuring smooth collaboration among architects, interior designers, engineers, contractors and other specialists.
• Manage and monitor project schedules, budgets and supplier relationships.
• Implement daily operational processes, coordinate teams and distribute tasks clearly.
• Work closely with the General Director, execute his directives and handle documentation and negotiations with state authorities, suppliers and producers.
• Represent the company’s interests in important external meetings, delivering positive outcomes.
• Integrate the project team with Marketing and Sales to ensure unified effort.
• Assess resource needs and, together with the Director, plan for required personnel, equipment, software/AI tools and office furniture.

Required profile

• Higher education in Business Management, Management, Architecture, Construction or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in construction, architectural or building projects and familiarity with construction processes and drawings is desirable.
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate work.
• Experience negotiating with government bodies, suppliers and contractors and handling related documentation.
• Strong financial planning, deadline management and risk‑forecasting skills.
• Strategic thinking, high responsibility and the ability to make quick decisions.
