Project Manager (Software Development)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead software development initiatives from inception to delivery. You will work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and milestones.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and documentation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional and distributed technical teams across multiple countries and time zones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, dependencies and blockers, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate meetings, stand‑ups, planning sessions and retrospectives.
• Manage changes to scope, requirements and priorities while ensuring quality standards.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in software or technology projects.
• Proven ability to manage international, client‑facing projects with distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives and adapt to changing environments.
