Q-Commerce Catalog Operations Intern

About the role

Join Glovo’s fast‑growing Q‑Commerce team as an intern focused on improving catalog operations. You will work with data, automation and AI tools to make catalog management more efficient, accurate and scalable across partners and countries.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze catalog and operational data to spot inefficiencies and provide actionable insights.
• Support business decisions and campaigns through data‑driven reporting and tools.
• Monitor catalog quality, identify gaps and help standardise processes across markets.
• Collaborate with Category Managers, Tech teams and operational squads to align catalog structures.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions, including AI‑powered categorisation, image processing and bulk updates.
• Test, implement and scale new AI tools that reduce manual workload.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfort working with large datasets and operational processes.
• Interest in process optimisation and emerging technologies.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• SQL (highly valued).
• Practical experience with AI tools and automation platforms.
• No‑code/low‑code solution development.
