QA Engineer – Automation & Cloud Focus

About the role

Aderant is seeking a motivated QA Engineer to join its product team. You will work on building reliable, automated testing solutions for web and API applications while exploring AI‑assisted testing techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and senior QA engineers to understand requirements and validate features.
• Write and execute manual test cases, perform exploratory testing, and support release cycles.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
• Assist in creating AI‑driven testing workflows for test‑case generation, data creation, and defect analysis.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute ideas for continuous QA improvement.
• Investigate, reproduce, and document defects with clear detail.
• Help design scalable testing strategies, including AI‑based optimizations for new features.

Required profile

• Recent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (diverse academic backgrounds welcome).
• Passion for quality, problem‑solving, and continuous learning.
• Basic programming knowledge and exposure to automation tools through projects or coursework.
• Understanding of software development and testing fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills and curiosity to explore testing challenges.
