QA Intern – Software Testing

About the role

We are looking for a QA Intern to join TeamViewer’s Yerevan office. You will support quality assurance activities for our Digital Workplace platform, gaining hands‑on experience in an Agile environment while working closely with software engineers, QA engineers and product managers.

Key responsibilities

• Support testing of new features, product improvements and bug fixes.
• Execute manual and exploratory tests on web‑based applications and services.
• Document, reproduce and track software defects.
• Assist in creating and maintaining test cases and related documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to ensure high product quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and work with international teams.
• Learn testing methodologies, tools and best practices, with exposure to test automation.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong interest in software quality, testing and technology.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of manual testing principles.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Android or iOS environments is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good written and spoken English.
