Remote Clinical Trial Support Specialist – Multiple Openings

About the role

Angel City VA is seeking experienced remote professionals to support independent clinical research sites, sponsors, CROs, and healthcare organizations. The role involves assisting with various phases of the clinical trial lifecycle, from patient engagement to regulatory support, on a full‑time, part‑time, or project basis.

Key responsibilities

• Guide trial participants through study procedures, visit expectations, and informed‑consent processes.
• Deliver patient education initiatives and support retention strategies.
• Assist with regulatory documentation, study operations, finance, and sponsor communications.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth trial execution across multiple therapeutic areas.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in medical or biopharmaceutical settings.
• Current GCP and HIPAA training certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to ethical patient care.

Required skills

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) knowledge.
• HIPAA compliance understanding.
