Sales Manager – SaaS Solutions and ERP Systems

About the role

SmartEMPIRE’s ITResources brand is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sale of its SaaS and ERP solutions. Based in Yerevan, this full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to increase adoption of SaaS and ERP products.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, analyze competition, and provide feedback for product and sales strategy improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, client relationship and account management.
• Familiarity with SaaS solutions, ERP systems, and business process automation tools.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to develop sales strategies, analyse market data and deliver actionable insights.
• Organised, self‑motivated and capable of working independently to meet targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Additional assets: fluency in other languages, experience in software sales, background in enterprise or public‑sector markets.
