SAP Technical Engineering Manager (SAP FICO)

About the role

EPAM is seeking a seasoned SAP Technical Engineering Manager to lead its global SAP FICO operations. You will drive strategic initiatives, build high‑performing teams, and ensure delivery excellence across multidisciplinary projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of SAP experts, overseeing all SAP FICO activities.
• Design, implement, and nurture high‑performance FICO teams in multiple locations.
• Drive global strategic initiatives that expand the SAP discipline within the organization.
• Prepare proposals, statements of work, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.
• Manage direct customer relationships, ensuring project timelines, quality, and team performance.
• Maintain expert‑level knowledge of SAP FICO best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of SAP FICO experience with proven leadership of complex projects.
• Successful track record in large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary, customer‑facing projects.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and forward‑thinking innovation skills.
• Fluent English (B2+ level).
