Senior ABAP/EWM Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior ABAP/EWM Engineer to design, develop and maintain custom solutions within SAP Extended Warehouse Management and core logistics modules. The role involves translating complex warehouse and logistics requirements into high‑quality ABAP code while working in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test and deploy custom ABAP enhancements, change requests and integrations for SAP EWM.
• Implement technical solutions using ABAP Objects, BADIs, user exits, enhancement spots, IDocs, RFCs, Web Services and SAP Fiori/UI5 where applicable.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects and business analysts to define specifications and perform unit/integration testing.
• Debug and optimise existing EWM programs to ensure performance for high‑volume logistics transactions.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in SAP EWM, including RF framework, task creation, inbound/outbound processing and storage control.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and communicating with cross‑functional stakeholders.
