Senior Backend Engineer II

About the role

Tabby is building an internal AI agent platform to automate and innovate across its fintech services. As a Senior Backend Engineer II you will help design and implement the core backend services that power this ecosystem, working with cutting‑edge AI models and large‑scale infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable micro‑services in Go and Python to support AI‑driven features.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) and agent frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph into internal tools.
• Build and maintain high‑load data stores using PostgreSQL and Redis, and orchestrate deployments on Kubernetes within Google Cloud Platform.
• Collaborate with product, data science and engineering teams to define architecture and ensure reliability.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code and contribute to CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.

Required profile

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of professional Go (Golang) development.
• At least 2 years of professional Python development.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher) and ability to work independently.
