Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our AI Workbench Platform team. You will help design and build the infrastructure that brings domain‑specific foundation models for the oil & gas sector into production, enabling internal teams and external customers to use them at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure for the AI Workbench Platform.
• Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters with multi‑GPU scheduling for large‑scale model training and inference.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to provision cloud resources reliably.
• Package, deploy, and manage applications with Helm and Kustomize across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and business units to enable seamless model consumption and fine‑tuning.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and cost‑efficiency for internal and external users.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and automation to accelerate platform delivery.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain high availability.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Proven expertise with Kubernetes, especially multi‑GPU scheduling for AI/ML workloads.
• Strong proficiency in Terraform for cloud resource management.
• Hands‑on experience with Helm and Kustomize for Kubernetes application packaging.
• Background in building and operating production‑grade platforms supporting large, distributed workloads.
• Understanding of MLOps principles and infrastructure needs for training and serving large models.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+ level).
