Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to own the CI/CD pipeline, packaging, and deployment infrastructure for its agent development framework SDK. You will ensure reliable, automated delivery of Python‑based AI workloads to AWS while working fully remotely from anywhere in Armenia.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Docker multi‑stage images for Python agent workloads.
• Manage packaging using uv, pyproject.toml and lockfiles.
• Design, implement and operate GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines covering testing, building, ECR push and AgentCore Runtime deployment.
• Configure AWS AgentCore CLI, agentcore.json and aws‑targets.json deployment files.
• Handle ECR image pushes, container security scanning, and deployments to Amazon EKS or AgentCore Runtime.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering.
• Hands‑on experience deploying containerised Python AI workloads to AWS (ECS or EKS).
• Proven expertise in designing CI/CD pipelines at team scale.
• Background in infrastructure‑as‑code for production environments.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
