Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to own and evolve the CI/CD pipeline, packaging, and deployment infrastructure for its agent development framework SDK. You will ensure reliable, automated delivery of Python‑based AI workloads to AWS, working fully remotely from anywhere in Armenia.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Docker multi‑stage images for Python agent workloads.
• Manage packaging using uv, pyproject.toml and lockfiles.
• Design, implement and operate GitHub Actions pipelines covering testing, building, ECR push and AgentCore Runtime deployment.
• Configure AWS AgentCore CLI, agentcore.json and aws‑targets.json deployment settings.
• Handle ECR image pushes, container security scanning and deployments to EKS or AgentCore Runtime.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering.
• Hands‑on experience deploying containerised Python AI workloads to AWS (ECS or EKS).
• Proven expertise in designing CI/CD pipelines at team scale.
• Background in production‑grade infrastructure‑as‑code.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
