Senior Dynamics CRM Software Engineer

About the role

EPAM is expanding its Microsoft Business Applications team and seeks a Senior Dynamics CRM Software Engineer to design and deliver scalable, code‑driven solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform and Copilot Studio. The role is fully remote within Armenia, allowing work from home or EPAM offices in Yerevan or Gyumri.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Participate in all phases of the software lifecycle: analysis, implementation, integration, testing, debugging and support.
• Maintain and enhance existing solutions, including plugins, scripts and custom security models.
• Collaborate directly with customers to clarify requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot issues, deliver bug fixes and temporary work‑arounds.
• Work in an Agile environment following standard development practices.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver business‑critical solutions.
• Analyze applications and propose improvements for performance, maintainability and usability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proficiency in Model‑Driven Apps, Dataverse and Power Automate flows.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for UI scripting.
• Expertise in C#/.NET for plugins, custom APIs, connectors and Azure Functions.
• Understanding of GenAI and large language model fundamentals.
• Experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor or Claude Code.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud services and Agile development processes.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
