Senior Frontend Engineer (Angular)

About the role

Buymie is looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer specialized in Angular to help build and maintain high‑performance web applications for its grocery‑delivery platform. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver modern, user‑friendly experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Angular applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern Angular features such as standalone components, Signals, and reactive forms.
• Implement asynchronous logic with RxJS and apply performance optimizations like lazy loading, code splitting, and efficient change detection.
• Build internationalized (i18n) applications and server‑side rendered (SSR) solutions with Angular Universal.
• Integrate frontend code with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket services while ensuring security, accessibility, responsive design, and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment, use Git for version control, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience with Angular (latest versions).
• Strong understanding of RxJS, TypeScript, and core JavaScript principles.
• Solid knowledge of browser behavior, security concerns, and REST principles.
