Senior Full Stack QA Engineer

About the role

Intelligent Digital Technologies (IDT) is seeking a Senior Full Stack QA Engineer to own and elevate quality across its financial‑grade platforms. You will design, develop, and execute both automated and manual tests for front‑end, back‑end, APIs, and micro‑services in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and maintain end‑to‑end QA strategy for web, API and backend systems.
• Build and sustain automated test frameworks (UI, API, integration, performance, load).
• Write high‑quality test scripts in Java, C# or TypeScript.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable execution.
• Perform manual exploratory testing when automation is not feasible.
• Collaborate with developers to embed testability and quality into design.
• Identify, document and track defects, driving them to closure.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and provide actionable quality insights.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote shift‑left testing practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of QA experience, including at least 2 years in test automation.
• Strong background in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, xUnit or REST Assured.
• Hands‑on experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger) and testing micro‑services, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Familiarity with cloud‑native environments (Kubernetes, Docker) is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI) and database validation (SQL/NoSQL).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, k6) is beneficial.
