Senior Information Security Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Information Security Analyst to strengthen our cybersecurity posture across enterprise systems, cloud platforms, laboratory environments, and research infrastructure. You will work closely with Product, Software Development, and QA/RA teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain IT security tools and systems.
• Monitor enterprise, cloud, and laboratory environments for threats, investigate incidents, and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Conduct log analysis, security event investigation, and escalation as needed.
• Perform risk assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing on‑premise and in the cloud, and support remediation.
• Contribute to system hardening and implementation of security improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify risks and implement appropriate controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience in information security, cyber‑operations, vulnerability management, incident response, or security monitoring.
• Hands‑on experience with security technologies in regulated environments (biotech, healthcare, life sciences) is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.
