Senior .Net Engineer

About the role

Buymie is looking for a highly skilled Senior .Net Engineer to join its established development team. You will play a crucial part in building the next generation of software systems that power our grocery delivery platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop .NET applications using C# for new projects, migrations, and enhancements.
• Apply advanced technology principles, best practices, and procedures to complex software assignments.
• Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases.
• Create technical specifications and architecture documents.
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, both individually and within a team.
• Stay updated on technology trends and propose improvements to existing processes and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• More than 7 years of professional software development experience focused on C# and .NET technologies.
• Strong OOP skills and familiarity with design patterns.
• Experience with .NET Core and SQL database design/programming.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and think critically.
• Analytical skills to understand requirements and suggest process improvements.
