Senior Pro-Code .NET Developer

About the role

EPAM Armenia is looking for a Senior Pro‑Code .NET Developer who will design, build, and operate custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and integrate generative AI capabilities into modern .NET applications. The position is fully remote within Armenia, allowing you to work from home or from EPAM offices in Yerevan or Gyumri.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy custom MCP servers, choosing appropriate Azure hosting options (App Service or Functions).
• Design document‑chunking pipelines and implement vector search solutions on SQL Server.
• Maintain high‑quality codebases using Onion Architecture and advanced .NET Dependency Injection patterns.
• Bridge professional code back‑ends with large language model (LLM) sampling parameters and low‑code orchestrators such as Copilot Studio.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on .NET development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Onion Architecture and multi‑tenant database design.
• Practical experience with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, document chunking, and LLM hyper‑parameter tuning.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
