Senior Project Manager – Remote (Contract)

About the role

INFUSE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across its global demand‑generation business. This remote, contract position combines project‑management expertise with a strong analytical mindset to drive end‑to‑end delivery, from process analysis to automation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross‑functional projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Own full project lifecycle: planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Analyze workflows and business processes, identify inefficiencies, and translate findings into actionable requirements.
• Drive process improvements through modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis.
• Lead change‑management activities, securing stakeholder buy‑in and smooth transitions.
• Coordinate integration of systems, processes, and technology solutions across departments.
• Maintain continuous stakeholder alignment through requirements gathering, progress updates, and expectation management.

Required profile

• 4+ years of proven project‑management experience.
• Background in Business Analysis or Product Management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑department initiatives.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
