Senior Sales Manager

About the role

The International Online School is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive the sale of its educational programs, expand into international markets and strengthen relationships with the Armenian diaspora. You will work both remotely and from the office, handling calls to US clients and supporting a growing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Sell educational programs through phone calls and online platforms.
• Identify customer needs and present tailored offers.
• Provide customer service, technical support and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer data and manage the sales pipeline in a CRM system.
• Actively acquire new customers from the diaspora and retain existing ones.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and improve overall team performance.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a senior sales specialist.
• Proven experience with CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to craft effective sales proposals.
• Fluent Armenian and sufficient English; Russian is a plus.
• Team‑player who can also make independent decisions.
• Result‑oriented with a focus on meeting sales targets.
