Senior SAP DRC Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP DRC Consultant to partner closely with the Product Owner and drive end‑to‑end audit processes on our SAP platform. You will configure SAP Audit Management from the ground up, support tax audit planning, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and help shape the product roadmap.
• Configure and support SAP Audit Management for audit planning, scoping, execution, working papers, and findings tracking.
• Support tax audit planning and execution within the tool, aligning with compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with audit teams, tax/compliance functions, and IT to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and process flows.
• Participate in functional/UAT testing, coordinate defect resolution, and contribute to sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP Audit Management, SAP FI, or SAP GRC.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+).
• Background in internal audit, tax, or accounting (CA/CPA or equivalent) is a plus.
