Junior Analyst / Developer (e‑Government)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Analyst and/or Developer to join the implementation and operation of an e‑Government solution for the public sector in Armenia. The role will be based in Yerevan with a mix of onsite and remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in software analysis and development under the guidance of the Team Leader.
- Conduct testing and produce documentation for the e‑Government solution.
- Report project progress to the Contract Manager.
Required profile
- Degree in Computer Science.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Java technologies.
- Fluent in English and Armenian/Russian (native preferred).
