Senior Staff Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join ServiceTitan’s engineering team. You will lead the design and delivery of major user‑facing features, working closely with product managers, designers and fellow engineers to turn ideas into high‑quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, design and implement end‑to‑end user‑facing features on the Microsoft .NET platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to prototype and ship new product functionality.
• Communicate technical decisions and progress to stakeholders, including customers and partners.
• Allocate roughly 70 % of time to development and 30 % to requirements gathering, mentorship and supervision.

Required profile

• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong ability to empathise with users and champion their experience.
• Proactive mindset for identifying gaps and driving improvements.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.

Required skills

• C# and .NET (including ASP.NET MVC and Web APIs).
• Microsoft SQL Server or comparable relational databases.
• HTML5 and JavaScript.
• Experience with front‑end frameworks such as React or Knockout.js (a plus).
