Senior User Acquisition Manager – Facebook (Web & App)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead Facebook advertising for our web and app dating products. This remote, full‑time position focuses on the US and other Tier‑1 markets, driving growth across a portfolio that includes Dating.com, DateMyAge and similar platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Facebook UA for web and app funnels, managing monthly spends of $200k–$300k+.
• Plan, launch, optimise and scale campaigns with a strong performance mindset (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
• Build and maintain account and Business Manager structures, ensuring tracking, domain, whitelist and payment flow hygiene.
• Run a structured creative testing loop: hypothesis, iteration, learning, scaling.
• Develop and implement automation (rules, scripts, third‑party integrations) and document best practices for reliable scaling.

Required profile

• Senior, hands‑on experience in Facebook user acquisition for B2C web/app products.
• Proven success in the USA and other Tier‑1 markets (CIS‑only experience not a fit).
• Budget ownership of $100k+/month, ideally $200k+/month, with clear performance‑driven thinking.
• Deep knowledge of Facebook best practices: structure, scaling, bidding, measurement and troubleshooting.
• Ability to balance execution (70‑80%) with channel leadership (20‑30%).
