SMM manager and Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative and data‑driven Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on developing and executing social‑media strategies that align with business objectives across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly/quarterly social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and manage integrated campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Create and maintain a content calendar, publishing high‑quality text, image and video content.
• Produce original short‑form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) including scripting, shooting, editing and basic motion graphics.
• Adapt content for each platform ensuring brand consistency and craft engaging copy, captions and calls‑to‑action.
• Manage advertising budgets and ad accounts, handling targeting and performance tracking.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in social media marketing with a portfolio of work.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Armenian, Russian and English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta advertising platform.
• Hands‑on experience with TikTok advertising platform.
• Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., video editing, graphic design).
• Proficiency with content scheduling tools.
• Basic motion graphics and subtitling capabilities.
