Market Research, Case & Strategy Analyst

About the role

The Market Research, Case & Strategy Analyst evaluates iGaming markets, competitors, and target operators to support Digitain's market entry decisions, commercial strategy, and sales engagement. You will deliver actionable insights for Sales, Product, and Leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate priority markets for product launches, sales activation, and strategic entry, analysing competitor experiences and regulatory challenges.
• Analyse market growth, trends, and maturity across macro‑economic, demographic, fiscal, regulatory, competitive and operational indicators.
• Monitor industry investment and expansion trends, assess business strategies, growth models and partnerships across the iGaming market.
• Track existing and upcoming regulations, B2B licensing frameworks and tenders to identify entry requirements and sales opportunities.
• Develop forward‑looking market assessments to identify early‑entry advantages and recommend timing, product priorities and investment focus.
• Collaborate with Market Intelligence, Product Innovation, Legal and Compliance teams to integrate insights into actionable analyses and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, International Relations or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in market research, market entry strategy, strategy consulting, competitive or sales intelligence, preferably within iGaming or other regulated multi‑market industries.
• Proven ability to conduct market entry assessments and case studies that influence go/no‑go decisions.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience synthesising complex data into executive‑ready reports.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and data analysis tools.
• Experience with BI, market intelligence or CRM platforms (plus).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
