Social Media Content Creator

About the role

FOUNDER is seeking a creative, hands‑on Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging visual content for its social media channels. You will work on‑site, covering projects, construction sites, office activities, events, and brand initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual assets for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Produce on‑site photo and video material, including Reels, Stories and short‑form videos.
• Shoot, edit and retouch photos and videos to maintain a consistent visual style.
• Design basic graphics and social media layouts using Adobe Photoshop and related tools.
• Adapt content to the specific formats and trends of each platform.
• Develop creative ideas that align with FOUNDER’s visual identity.

Required profile

• Strong visual sense with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently from concept through final delivery.
• Portfolio showcasing previous photo, video and graphic work.
