Team Lead Analyst (CRM Vertical)

About the role

We are looking for a Team Lead Analyst to head our CRM vertical within the Data Analytics department. You will guide a team of CRM analysts, turning raw data into actionable insights that shape campaign, retention, and lifecycle strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CRM analysts, handling task distribution and quality reviews.
• Provide insights to support campaign planning, retention flows, and client segmentation.
• Analyze CRM activities such as campaigns, communications, and client targeting.
• Promote data‑driven decision‑making across bonus mechanics, communication cadence, and targeting.
• Design and interpret dashboards that track CRM KPIs for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Risk teams on cross‑functional CRM initiatives.
• Ensure data quality and consistency in CRM tracking and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CRM activity analysis (campaigns, segmentation, communication performance).
• Experience leading or mentoring an analytics team (preferred).
• Strong SQL skills.
• Proficiency in Python and analytical libraries such as pandas and numpy.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into clear analytical tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Native Russian language and English at B2+ level.
