Technical Account Manager

About the role

Actual Solutions is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as the primary technical liaison for its enterprise CRM customers in the banking and financial sector. The role combines customer relationship management with technical problem‑solving to ensure successful adoption and long‑term satisfaction with the company’s AI‑enhanced solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for assigned customers.
• Understand and address business and technical needs, building strong relationships.
• Respond to inquiries, investigate issues, document them in Jira, and coordinate resolution with product and development teams.
• Collect and forward customer feedback and feature requests.
• Communicate product capabilities, upcoming enhancements, and delivery timelines.
• Guide customers on product functionality and support successful adoption.
• Maintain clear communication throughout issue resolution to drive satisfaction and long‑term success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Informatics or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical support, technical account management, customer success, business analysis or a similar client‑facing technical role.
• Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers, preferably in banks or financial institutions.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
