Technical On-Page SEO Specialist

About the role

We manage SEO for 25 multilingual websites. This position owns the on‑page layer, ensuring every page is correctly optimized, internally linked and implemented, freeing senior SEO staff from routine verification.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize meta titles, meta descriptions, URL slugs and on‑page content elements (headings, keyword placement, EEAT signals) according to SEO SOPs.
• Create clear implementation instructions for data‑entry, development and translation teams.
• Plan, review and correct internal‑linking structures and anchor texts across languages using link maps.
• Verify live pages for correct meta data, slugs, content and schema implementation; log issues in Jira and drive the revision cycle.
• Create and validate schema code based on predefined mappings.
• Run indexing checks per language, maintain hreflang trackers and keep Jira/task lists up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Strong on‑page SEO knowledge (meta tags, headings, keyword usage, EEAT).
• Expertise in internal linking and anchor‑text planning for large multilingual sites.
• Detail‑oriented QA mindset with ability to verify work at scale.
• Proficiency with complex spreadsheets and Jira task‑tracking.
• Basic schema/structured‑data creation skills.
• English proficiency; German a plus; additional languages beneficial.
