Technical Product Owner

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to shape digital travel solutions, bridging customer experience, data, integrations and business growth. The role is fully remote within Armenia and works at the intersection of product ownership, business analysis, data engineering and AI‑ready thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Define product direction for travel‑domain solutions by aligning client goals, customer needs and technical feasibility.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, set priorities, write acceptance criteria and ensure delivery‑ready requirements across discovery to validation.
• Apply business analysis techniques to clarify processes, stakeholder needs, rules, dependencies, risks and expected outcomes.
• Drive prioritisation decisions based on business value, customer impact, feasibility, data dependencies and delivery risks.
• Coordinate stakeholders, engineering, data/BI teams, vendors and delivery managers around scope and implementation.
• Support data‑driven product areas by capturing data needs, reporting expectations and validation logic.
• Leverage AI tools to improve analysis, requirements structuring, backlog refinement and documentation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience as Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Lead Business Analyst or similar.
• Strong understanding of the travel domain.
• Proven ability to work at the intersection of product ownership, business analysis, data and engineering.
• Experience driving prioritisation and trade‑off decisions in fast‑moving environments.

Required skills

• SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Power BI or equivalent analytical tools.
• Experience with data platforms, ETL processes, data structures and report/dashboard testing.
• Knowledge of backend systems, integrations, APIs, JSON/XML.
• Hands‑on familiarity with AI tools and an AI‑ready mindset.
