Tour Manager (English & Spanish speaking)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Incoming Tour Manager who is fluent in English and Spanish to lead our tours in Armenia. The role involves planning, coordinating and overseeing travel experiences for international partners while ensuring high service standards. A passion for Armenian culture and history, combined with the ability to work from our Yerevan office, is essential for success.

Key responsibilities

• Design detailed itineraries based on client and partner requirements.
• Coordinate with local guides, drivers, hotels and other suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage day‑to‑day email communication with partners and clients.
• Oversee tours on the ground, resolving any operational issues that arise.
• Maintain service quality and client satisfaction throughout the travel experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Tour Manager.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and communication abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of Armenia’s tourist destinations, culture and logistics.
• Ability to work independently and handle time‑sensitive situations calmly.
