Training Project Coordinator

About the role

Skills4Life is looking for a part‑time Training Project Coordinator who will ensure the smooth organisation of both on‑site and online training programmes. You will act as the main point of contact for students, trainers and stakeholders, supporting the entire learning journey.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the technical aspects of training sessions and maintain high‑quality delivery standards.
• Communicate program details, updates and schedules to participants, trainers and partners.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, evaluations and training outcomes.
• Utilise the Learning Management System (LMS) to streamline administration, tracking and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Update and manage the student and trainer databases regularly.
• Provide passive sales support for related courses to existing students.
• Handle scheduling, troubleshooting and issue resolution throughout the training lifecycle.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Experience coordinating programmes or projects.
• Strong client‑facing and internal communication abilities.
• Excellent organisational, project management and multitasking skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset and adaptability to changing circumstances.
• Fluency in English, Armenian and Russian.

Required skills

• LMS (Learning Management System) proficiency.
• Computer literacy.
