UX Researcher

About the role

Fundraise Up is seeking a UX Researcher to deepen the impact of its donation and fundraising platform. You will lead high‑impact research projects that shape product strategy and help build a scalable research practice within the Design team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify research opportunities, coach colleagues, and launch new UX initiatives across the organization.
• Design and execute end‑to‑end research studies: from intake brief, methodology design, data collection, analysis, synthesis, to presentation and action planning.
• Develop a pragmatic research process for the Design team, enabling designers to run appropriate studies independently while maintaining quality guardrails.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Analytics, and Marketing researchers to ensure research insights inform decisions.
• Act as the dedicated UX research expert within the Research Team, supporting cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, ambiguous, high‑impact UX research that influences product strategy.
• Strong ability to evangelize research practices and mentor teammates.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to diverse stakeholders.
