About the role

ORDO Learning Hub is seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to drive enrollment for its Armenian‑language and Russian‑language classes, as well as a range of professional training programs. The role focuses on both B2C and B2B outreach, aiming to attract new students and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective students for language and professional courses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners for B2B training contracts.
• Conduct outreach activities, presentations, and follow‑up communications to convert leads into enrollments.
• Collaborate with the teaching and marketing teams to align sales initiatives with program offerings.
• Track sales performance and report results to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a hybrid team, with occasional on‑site presence.
• Motivation to meet enrollment targets and contribute to business growth.
